This session is May8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th (prorated if you sign up part way through the month.)
In this fun and interactive class, young artists learn about the basics of fine art through guided drawing and painting projects that spark the imagination! They will learn to create life-like artwork, and how to properly use a variety of mediums, such as chalk and oil pastels, watercolors and colored pencils.
The lessons are on-going and go month to month.
Some materials will need to be purchased before class. Please use this shopping list.
We can offer a full refund up to 31 days before the start of your class. Within 30 days of camp, there will be no refunds.
We cannot pro-rate missed days due to vacation or other conflicts.
Classes are limited to 12 students for art classes, and 6 students for sewing classes..
Masks are optional.
If your child is sick, or if someone in your household has COVID, please keep them home and contact us!
Patty Nelson is a kids art educator, with over eighteen years of teaching experience. Having worked in both classroom and studio settings, she uses proven teaching strategies to ensure that every student finds their own unique path to success. Her belief is that art is a reflection of how each of us sees the world around us, and that the unique way it is expressed should be celebrated.
