$22

Embark on a 90-minute journey of deep relaxation and renewal. Start with guided meditation, anchoring ourselves in the present moment, attuning to the rhythms of our breath and the sensations within our bodies. Experience the resonant vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, harmonizing mind and body. Feel the comforting touch as you receive light bodywork.

Bring a blanket, pillow or bolster for your comfort as you surrender to the transformative journey of sound and touch.
